Have to look for the Greek yogurt with honey
Marge as that sounds nice ,the ones I tried were too *thick*
for my liking
And yes yogurt can settle tummies
Happy nap time Marge maybe I will get Linda
to go with me to the olive garden as it was always somewhere
I wanted to go with Gil and never did

Be back later

It depends on the Greek yogurt I guess.
I get the one that has honey in it and is
true Greek style yogurt.
I also eat non dairy yogurt as well as too
much dairy sends my tummy in a whirl.
I usually have non Lactose milk on
cereal and in my tea and eat non lactose
ice cream.
I too like Klondike bars (especially the
Heath bar with tiny bits of English toffee
in the chocolate coating).
Melanie is addicted too!
I can eat one of those with no trouble.

Its around 74f at the moment, going to a high of
79f they say. Humidity is high again this morning
at 80% with partly cloudy skies.
Lots to do today if I am to go to dinner with the ladies
tonight, its Olive Garden again. I think we may end up
going there every time as this is the second time in
several weeks.
Its ATM first ,then CVS and PETCO then the grocery
store and a pop in at the British Connection.
I was hoping to get my hair cut but it will have to wait
until tomorrow I think. I have to leave time to come home
and have a nap before dinner at 6:30pm.
At least its not far away for me, only a five minute drive.

School marching band was practicing yesterday so getting ready for
the American Football season at the school in Sept.
The whole band travels to all the away games so it takes at least
three yellow school buses to get them all there along with all
the cheerleading squad.
Its also the start of school Soccer season as well, so plenty of
activity at the high school. I love the vibrations from an active
school, Most of which I can see from my windows.

Only ever went to the crock fair once that I can remember.
but the Coventry market had similar performances by
the venders when I was young.
Went to the fairs and once to a traveling circus when I was
wee but the clowns gave me nightmares so I never went
again until I was with Peter.
Can you imagine a Dr. giving a 4-5 year old sleeping pills?
I ended up sleep walking and fell down the stairs because
he said I had a vivid imagination! I was given a pill to
put me out every night for about six weeks.
It did help but didn't stop the other night mares I had from
time to time which I finally only stopped having when I realized
that they were from some of the films my mum took me to see
when I was 3 or 4! Bambi where his mother got killed and The
Wizard of OZ where some mean lady steals Toto but in my
night mare it was my cat Ninny.
I know she meant well but she set in motion fears that took years
to overcome.
Must away with the Fairies now , lots to do and places to go. TTFN

When I was at Susan's the last time my tum was playing up and Susan gave me a plain yogurt Yao, saying a couple of spoonfuls would help, and it did.....so I keep some of those in the fridgefood  these days.   I do like Muller Corner though with the fruit in the corner which you just tip in,  you can also get them with chocolate in the corner.

Oh I've got pineapple cottage cheese Carole.

I expect the breakfast set Bond bought was in a box Carole so difficult to check everything BUT he could have taken it back and they'd either give him his money back or get a set which was perfect.

What is it with Meghan's father & sister?     Living off the fact she's married into the royal family, or trying to..

On I do not like those yogurts Vicky
I like Danons  or Activia or other brands
that come in small cups yogurt on top
Fruit like strawberries blackberries cherries
raspberries pineapple on the bottom and you
mix it yourself there is even one with nuts in
a small plastic container in top  that you can sprinkle
on it

Bond that is why you CHECK anything you buy
BEFORE  you leave the fair grounds nono

While waiting on my salad I had a small container of
dill and cucumber cottage cheese with four of my
cherry tomato's  in it I am picking ripe ones off my
one plant every day it started off around 15" tall
it now stands over 6' and is loaded

OMG tv just showing that 20 people over dosed on
the Green in New Haven they said the police are trying
to find the source as it's a drug that has obviously been laced
with something else and someone was giving it out
What is WRONG with these people

Ok so Bonds wanting an early morning cuppa
Hey who said anything about doing his tidy whites
washingmachine talktohand
Hey Mrs B has to have SOMETHING TO DO

Well been to Woodlands I had a jacket potato.

Oh yes I remember that bidding  "I'm not asking fifty pounds I'm not even going to ask thirty pounds or twenty pounds....who'll give me five pounds?"

Oh the fruit yogurts have the fruit in in the corner, you just tip them into the yogurt or not it's up to you.    Got lots of different cheeses as well.   talktohand  but seeing you want chicken & ham ok......oh got lots of plain crisps also......chicken & ham salad it is though.   run run run run run

Hope you took the breakfast set back Bond?

There you go Bond Carole will get you a cuppa......pop all your washing into the washingmachine  .....though she'll draw a line at the ironing

It's certainly cooled down for you some what Bond.

David had a lovely slice of lemon with the fish he had today.

Good afternoon, 28c and sunny here
The pot fair we got some things from cheap Jack, one a complete breakfast set with coffee pot, it looked good with yellow flowers, when we got it home we found the handels seemed to be on upside down as they seemed to turn out of your fingers, but the real down was when the glaz was wet small plates were stacked on news paper and had the runners and riders off the sports page on them backwards
Glad the fridg is full for our home coming at about four on your birthday morning

Oh salad of course, and lovely slices of ham,  chicken,   natural yogurt (which I've got used to and like)  as well as a yogurt with peach & apricot,  and one with strawberry shortcake.  anything take your fancy.   Very hard to decide what I'm going to be eating when I just don't feel like it.    "Sigh!!!"

I was fine until I went on those stupid BP tablets, which made me just keep throwing up....ok I'm reducing my neuralgia tablets which is good but they're still saying "Keep taking the Statins"  now so many people have told me how ill they were while on statins, so it's not just me.

Susan hates driving over this bridge "Severn Bridge" if they ever go to Wales for some do or other, though it's mostly to do with the accidents she's seen happen on that bridge.

Right David & Benjie are back.       Later..

Morning Vicky so whats good in the fridgefood
today from your visit to the shopper
I always go on Saturday or Sunday ,guess its
an old habit from my working days when I could
only shopper  on a weekend, and then it was
always first thing in the AM as I worked the weekend
at the Hospital on the 2nd shift {worked 6 yrs as a paid employee
in the Gift Shop with Ruth ,we LOVED it} we worked with all the
senior volunteers headbanger  sweet ladies but OH the mess
with the cash registers that we sometimes had to sort out
when we got in ...but BOTH Ruth and I loved
our time there

Blaine staying home today said his head is spinning so i told
him to make an appointment to see our DR it could be his sinuses
as he wakes up stuffy most mornings ,on the OTHER hand it could
also be that he is wanting a day off as he knows he has some $$
coming and can afford to take off a day Shocked

Guess I am lucky Vicky as none of the pills I have taken over
the years have affected me in any way confused2

Terrible thing that bridge collapsing in Italy ,I remember when
here in Greenwich the same thing happened on a bridge in CT some years ago
when part of it fell into the river below, scary thought as you pass over
these structures that were built back in the 50's 60's with so much
traffic passing over them day after day
I was always nervous when going to New York in the years after knowing
I had to drive over it

OK have to get going I shall be back

Morning.......been food shopper   bumped into two of our neighbours, they live round the corner from us they used to have a Yorkie like Benjie and they just love him so of course it was....."Oh we watch David every morning taking Benjie out and the way Benjie sits at the curb until David says he can cross over, and how when they walk by our house they laugh at Benjie lying on the back of the settee with his front paws over the edge just watching the world go by.       Anyway Bond the fridgefood  is now full again.

BTW she was also saying how she's had to stop taking Statins because they made her ill.

I'm not seeing your photo Carole on here I've had to look at it on David's iPad.     Lovely photo though.

Not sure what we'll be doing today though.....still not there as far as eating goes.

Avatar is when we took Susan (5) to Hearsall Common fair.

My avatar is of Robin when he played cricket ....he was the wicket keeper, this game was an adult match though, Rob was 14, but he was so good Nuneaton cricket club asked him to play for them, he also played for Warwickshire juniors.....as did his Dad.  As well as playing for his school, they've still got his photo's over the years on the school walls, both cricket & football, Rob said it's so odd to see them, but lovely for his kids to see them.

Oh have to go and see the film about Freddie Mercury Margaret .....saw a clip and it looked good.        Watched the documentary on George Michael the other day, such talent,  loved his music as I did when he was part of Wham but he just went on a trip to destruction .

Been nattering to Susan, finally got her landline :telephone, so she's given us her number.

Later.

Its seems like its silly season after so much heat.
The plane that went down in Utah was the owner
of the house and had a blazing row with his wife
so went and got his plane and flew it into his own
house! His wife and child got out OK.
Another pilot landed on a freeway way up north
because of some kind of engine failure.
Planes also react to the heat the way old car engines
do. It shows that the pilots are treating planes like
cars and not doing a flight check before take off.

The temps here are gradually dropping into our normal
range but still humid along the coastal regions.
Its 75f right now, going to a high of 79f (ha ha).It
will feel like 83f no doubt.
It did get cool enough last evening to finally get some
water on both cars and get rid of the layer of dust on them
as the finish was cold to the touch.
The tree by the driveway is still dropping dead leaves
all over everything but its the sap that does the damage
which I have not seen yet.

I have an Elton john tribute CD which other artists sing
his songs like Crocodile Rock by the Beach Boys and
Saturday Night by the Who. Tina sings The Bitch is Back
which is just her style of song. I believe the CD is called
Two Rooms because that's how most of Elton's songs
were written with Bernie Torpin . Bernie write the words
and Elton puts the music to them.
I think I am more wowed by the voice quality, no one
will every sing a song like Freddy Mercury. He could sing
opera as well as the rock songs we all know Queen for.
Even Aretha Franklin wowed us singing "Respect" in
the Blues Brothers film which kick started her career again
after being out of the Limelight for a few years.
I guess you could say I like all kinds of music but the Blues
really is my kind of music.
Its what I have in my 12 CD player in Black Beauty. Its good
driving music.
I am really angry at all the hangers on who furnished drugs
to the artists we have lost. Not one of them wanted to lose
the gravy train they were on so kept being "Yes" men
until their deaths. By then they all had nice little nest eggs
tucked away. They knew they would not be able to do it to
some other singer.
I find it really sad that not many are found guilty of selling
or distributing dangerous drugs.
end of soapbox

I have been coping with summer belly upset for a few days
so not able to go out and do errands but I feel better now the
temps have gone down a little and a few doses of Imodium!
I think I can risk a quick run out this morning.

Cats are doing remarkably well but are shedding a new kitten
every day even as I brush and comb them as much as I can.
The Guys are still working next door but are not making much
noise at all., The odd power screwdriver is all I hear or a hammer.

Its already back to school sales here. Next it will be Labor Day
sales (early Sept).
Must remember to put the big wheelie bins out this evening.
The recycle one is nearly full. Not much in the regular rubbish
bin and I bet the garden waste one will be nearly full when the
gardeners get here on Wednesday.
Got a bunch of little chores to catch up on even before I change all
the batteries in everything that takes them on or around Labor day.
Three clocks and a bunch of remote controls , flash lights and such.
I even have a couple of items that need watch batteries.
As usual I am running behind so will say TTFN

They say the film "Whitney" was/is good....though we only had it the once in our multi screen cinema, for what ever reason.... & I were going to go and see it but it came and went before we could go to watch it.

Yes don't go to McDonalds very often but I just thought I'd have some fries and a tea....David had fries and a coffee.....then we sat in the car eating them and drinking our drinks and watching the world go bye. We went to Tamworth Bond.....well I only had half of my fries but it was something.

Ah now Aretha Franklin was wonderful, I just never took to Tina Turner, and never thought her sexy, too "Manly" "Muscular" in my eyes anyway and in David's too, he never liked the way she walked whilst performing . .....oh now loved Diana Ross, got a few of her albums and Dionne Warwick's......and of course Whitney Houston. ...beautiful voice, such a waste.

Went for a little drive, just to get out (David & me) ended up having some McDonalds fries & a tea., but I'm still not eating as I should be.

Has Spencer moved back home or is he still staying over at Carmen's a couple of nights?

I love Tina's songs Vicky ,I see Aretha Franklin
is not good right now ,another lady of color who
can belt out some foot tapping songs

Well been all over this morning and BOY its starting
to heat up out there it was foggy when I left but the
sunny is pelting through the window now so BLINDS
DRAWN and A/C on ....
Threw in two loads of washingmachine one is done and folded
the other is now in the dryer

Spencer had SUCH a LOAD when he came home he was down
stairs HOURS and the extra large suitcase got thrown away
as it seems Carmen must have put something in it that
BLEW up while in flight going ALL OVER everything ,good job his dad
is gone as he would have had something to say as that was HIS case

Deposited the insurance check ,will be available tomorrow so I can start
paying up the bills I want to get rid of ....I will also be investing some
of it with my Grandsons guidance as he has his $$$

Went to the bank that Gil and I had a joint account in ,and asked if I could
leave his name on it and he said no problem in fact a good thing to do just
in case something comes along in Gil's name {it won't as his pension and SS
are closed now} but will save any more hassle

Stopped into the VFW to find out if they would take donated clothes
they no longer do but gave me the number of Wounded Warriors who in turn
gave me the number to Soldiers Sailors and Marines here in Bridgeport
who WILL take them when i have them ready to go
I would rather someone get them for NOTHING rather than have to
pay for them if I give them to the Salvation Army or Goodwill industries

So all in all a good productive morning
Cooking a steak for tonight with oven ranch potato's and veg
NOW I am going to sit as MY foot is still hurting although not
quite as bad since taking the pills for the inflammation and exercising
it

Glad yours has gone down Vicky hows every thing else today ?

OK Bond enjoy what you have time wise left .....

MORNING MARGE
be back

funnytvprog  Oh "Heath"  like the last name of some of David's cousins.

Oh Bond think of the satisfaction if you'd just rolled over and read a book, talked to Mrs B, or one of the family.  Smile

One of the assistants who used to work in the Wallis shop in Fosse Park (before it closed)  was in a "Abba"  tribute band .....we talked about hiring them for Susan's wedding (looked them up on line and boy are they good) but they were booked for that weekend (they do travel all over the country so they'd have gone down to Somerset)  she took the part of the blonde one. Agnetha   Very attractive.....lovely lady.      Now I've never liked Tina Turner.  confused2

Yes it was odd when the news about London came up this morning everyone seemed to be saying "Well we knew something would happen soon, you can't stop every single plot, and a few people have been injured but ....it happens, next story please" it's us British people we don't panic.

My foot is just fine now Bond.....once the weather cooled it's fine, though they are saying it's going to be hot again.  Shocked

Oh NIA Bond "National Indoor Arena"

Ok back later.....oh the new avatar is when we took Susan (5) to a country play area.

Hi Carole, yes it's blown over now so suns out for another hot day
By the pool and swolen ankles, hows your foot now Vicky?
I just popped to the shops to get a water colour print of Palma for the holiday picture wall back home
Yes we saw Tina Turner live at what was the Arena outside Birminham, NIC OR NIA?
Vicky will tell us
Right back to the pool sunny
Look what out for the bear eye

Morning Bond LOVE Tina Turner songs she is
one sexy lady .
So your weather changed @ well lets hope it picks
up before you leave the 16TH ?
Its going to be a mixed bag here today starting off
in the 70's humid with periods of heavy down pours
possible ,then a dry nice day Wednesday and get this
ANOTHER 90f day and sunny  for Thursday before
it changes again for Friday and Saturday then back to
sunny  for Sunday ...the good thing is its looking cooler
for next week only in the 80's and not as humid they SAY

More and more bears being seen over here ,one yesterday
was caught on camera going into a store in Bristol CT
at a Mall there ,the employees locked the inner automatic door
so it only got into the front area then it took off ,and a woman
called police in another town saying a bear had broken into her
house and was in her bedroom ,she played dead then ran and shut
her bedroom door after it went out affraid
Not your average bear boo boo

OK so how was everyone's night confused2  I fell to sleep
early woke up and did not know what time it was or WHERE I was
"where am I WHO am I " Shocked

Have to make a couple of trips out today as I got the insurance
$$ so need to deposit that ,and also called in a repeat script
for some of my pills could have gotten all of them yesterday except the Thyroid
pills as the Dr had to be called to authorize another load of them for another 90days
It really saves you getting a 90day supply in both $$ and time

So Blaine is up and showering ,then Spencer will be up then I will
get ready and leave so back later people

HAVE A GOOD DAY {my  half sister Donna's 51st birthday today }
my  half brothers 61st was the 7th ...would have been my friend Lester's
70th tomorrow then ummm whose will it be the NEXT DAY

I see London had some excitement again Mad

Thanks for the offer of the ice cream bar but I'm still not up to that.

BTW do be careful when they say "Health Bar"  don't be taken in....have it by all means but don't think because the "Company" call it a health bar it really is..... talktohand  just warning you. Eat it because you enjoy it but not because they call it a health bar.

Good morning all from the left coast.
Wish it would stay like it is now all day.
Managed to get a few things taken care of
that needed doing, Cats once again have
sweet smelling toiladoos.
All recycles out to the bin and rubbish too.
The flag stones were radiating so much heat
during the day that a little walk to the large
bins started driblets all over the place!

Talked to Ian yesterday, just tying up another
loose end about changing the electric bill over
to my name only. No changes in the account,
just the name. Now I have a couple of ways
to take care of it.
I know they must be careful about who they allow
to change names on an account but they should
at least have a secure way of handling it.
I will even send them a death certificate if needed
and a copy of our last bill from them.
I really need to change the names on the Property
tax statements as well.

I am starting to throw away anything that comes in Peters
name (most so far have been things he made regular
donations to) Once your on someone's list it seems you
stay there for ever. That is mostly what the robo calls
are about that I have blocked but it does not stop a
live person calling! That's why I have caller ID on my phone.
I have a problem when Vincent or Ian call as they block the
number they are calling from but there is a boiler room using
the same block on their number also.
I have to wait and see who talks first before I answer.

I have tried telling them to take me off their list but they ignore
me, wait a few days and then start calling again!
Its difficult to stop as they use so many one use phones you
never get the same number twice!
I can tell which states I have friends in and which I do not but
its always a gamble with what appears to be a local number.

Its probably going to be at least another 80s day here.

I have been waiting for a cool period to hose off the dust and
dirt off both cars before taking them to the brushless car wash.
Right now they both look like they have done a run through
a smoky fire zone. I have to wait until the metal cools off for
fear of damaging the paint finish. It saves me having to pay
for a double dip through the car wash.
BB looks the worst as she is under the dang Pepper tree.
With BR , its just thick dust.
Of course its Monday so no wash until the street sweeper machine
has been by. I cannot drive them onto the grass out front because it
might break the underground sprinkler system.

We have had three light planes go down here in the last several weeks.
Only one (a woman pilot) managed to safely land on a freeway without
hitting any cars. One came down in a huge shopping mall parking lot in
Orange county ,( five were killed in that one) and yesterday a young pilot
was killed when his small plane had engine trouble and he crash landed
by the side of another freeway, Obviously hoping he could do the same
as the woman instructor but there was too much traffic.

The airport worker at Sea/Tac was suicidal, he kept telling the tower
he was not coming back, There are many small islands around there
and Vancouver and a lot of boat activity so he chose one of the islands
to crash into so he would not take anyone else with him.
This just points out that there has to be a better mental health or drug
test for workers at the airports or, they have to disable the aircraft on the
ground so only designated crew can start them.
Its not rocket science here!
So endeth the lesson, will put the soapbox away for another day.

Hi Ho, Hi Ho , its off to work I go but I'm not singing
TTFN

Oh Bond if you thought she was wanting an audience why give her the satisfaction of taking part .......    Mad  Oh dear.......oh btw the other day (before I felt ill) we were in Palmers and a girl I would have thought in her early 20's and she was wearing the shortest black dress that with me sitting down (David was ordering) I could see her bum cheeks and her thong.   I thought at the time "If you could see what I can you'd have got a dress a bit longer"  not a pretty sight.      Why do they do it.....you can have sex appeal without showing it all.   Mad

Sounds to me like that lady was an exhibitionist
Bond getting her "jollies" off while she knew certain
people were eye eye
Bond do they have Radio Times there funnytvprog funnytvprog

Its not really going Vicky after doing two draws and a small corner
on a shelf in our shared closet I stopped ,Blaine is going to find
out where and if the Vets would like his suits etc
I have so far and I kid you not at LEAST 20 tops long and short sleeve
that he hardly wore
Blaine took his sneakers as he and his Dad took the same size but
I doubt he will want his dress shoes unless he keeps one of the black pairs
for any "formal" occasion he might go to ,its not like back home
they dress very casual now a days well Blaine's age ...
None of Gil's stuff will fit Spencer ,I sent his watch on a chain to Tracie
along with his ashes so she has a keepsake as it says "Dad" on it forget
which one bought it for him

I will get around to the clothes when i am ready ,but not yet

Just putting the last fixings on my Cheesy Chicken Penne crock pot dish
hope it tastes good

You should SEE the

Oh no didn't your daughter in law check it before she bought?   You have to watch that sort of thing happening, it could have faded by just being on a hanger in the sunny  but you have to be careful.

How's things going Carole with Gil's clothes?

Hi all
Carole the names Bond that says it all eye
We had a couple of spots of rain a bit ago bur the place is that hot the y dried up as soon as they hit the paths
It saw the nice on the beach but for the sand
There is no top less around the pool no no ice saying you can't butl there is, sunny balcony for that if needed, there is alot on the beach, now I know you have to protect your boobs but this lady took ages and ages I think k it was a tease but there was no need to keep twising squeezeing and pulling on her nippels you could of hung your flat cap on them
Coventry kids had a button on the middle of their flat caps were the 6 or 8 panels joined in the middle

Wonder if they have a pill like mine over
there Vicky combined ,as I know they come
plain as well
I have also heard about asking a person to smile
and also stick out their tongue if it goes to the side
it could indicate a stroke ,unfortunately these things were
all unheard of when Freddie was rubbing his arm Sad

Oh so was planning on taking you out for a meal @
Shame on you for not feeling well nono

Blaine takes bp and cholesterol pills his are metoprolol
DR succinate 50 mg after having his aneurysm they started
him on these to control his bp

Starting to rain here light right now

Nothing to do today so relaxing ,feels strange

Yes it was a separate pill Carole......Indapamide.

No Carole the pain down her arm was to do with the stains nothing to do with a stroke, the doctors know that statins can affect your muscles ......seems it's always the left arm. My left arm is very much as if concrete has been poured into it.....though when I mentioned it to my doctor he said "What would you rather have a concrete arm or a stroke?" though no I'd rather feel ok for longer. Though you're right a pain down your left arm could be a stroke but not always......in fact we always say "Can they smile?" "Talk?" "Raise their arms" if you think anyone's having a stroke if it's no to any of those get help NOW.

No none of my uncles wore flat caps either.......though there are some lovely flat caps around at moment, Susan tried one of last year and she looked really good but she didn't buy it.

Well I'm doing nothing. Just spoken on the telephone to "YOU DIDN'T PHONE ME YESTERDAY AFTER SUSAN LEFT" when I said I wasn't too good it was "Oh WHAT'S WRONG" Rolling Eyes you would think I was ill to spite her.....she said "Just get them to reduce your statins" I had to tell her, as I have before, they will not reduce my statins to 10mg "Well my doctor did mine" well I've asked 2 different doctors and they won't drop it any lower. "Ohhhh" she said....she doesn't believe that I've asked. confused2 .....her biggest moan was "But I wanted to take you out for a meal for your birthday"

Morning Vicky ,I SWEAR Bond must have a RADAR
on you as he is now on line funnytvprog

My water pill is in my Lisinopril BP pill Vicky was yours a
separate pill ?
And its right you could change to a different brand and might
be feeling different ....That was not good with  getting
pain down her left arm ,they say that is the sign of a stroke
I remember a guy at work ,Freddie Travarelli who I saw
for weeks walking around the factory rubbing his left arm
he had a massive stroke and died suddenly

OK so what are we doing today as the "BIG "DAY approaches cheers

I am making a boneless chicken breast recipe in my crock pot
today for dinner ...be back already washed the kitchen and bathroom floors
BTW your look like your Grandad Vicky around the mouth
My Grandad  Pengelly went   NO WHERE with out his flat cap
,funny though as Gil never wore one even when he got older run

Hi Gang.

Well temps going up here you'll be pleased to know Bond.

Yes Carole I was put on Statins because of my cholesterol....I still take a BP tablet, I was put on a water table the last time I went to the hospital, though I had trouble when I went to get the repeat prescription, I'd been given 1mg but the doctor at the surgery changed it to 2mg, asked why telephone  I was told "Government guide lines" can't have 1mg...."Oh yes you can" I was told when I enquired at the local chemist, back to the doctor, to be told "Img 2mg no difference"  the Chemist did explain what "he" thought the doctor meant...so I was on the 2mg until I went to see my doctor to see about dropping the dosage of my neuralgia tablets, and he said "Oh and stop taken the water tablet"   confused2

Susan has said I could change my statins and see if another works better......you're right Margaret they're looking at them as wonder drugs,  the doctors admit people have had and are having problems with them but they seem to have this blind spot.      are on them but had a pain all down her left arm, her statins were reduced to 10mg and it's fine now.

Finished my book, it was good, not keeping but it was good.    I'm now reading a "Jack the Ripper...Case Closed"  by Gyles Brandreth..... Oscar Wilde & Arthur Conan Doyle have been asked to help track down who Jack the Ripper is by a neighbour of Oscar Wilde....Police Chief of Scotland Yard.

If you see any old footage of football matches the men are all in flat caps......though the country set have been wearing flat caps for a number of years, males & females

So your off to market then Bond I see
Hope they sell more than produce then
like trinkets etc I used to LOVE the Coventry market
could find ANYTHING there ,that is where I got an
English teapot "lady" for Ruth from she was wearing
a crinoline dress and the top part of her body was
the lid ,Ruth was thrilled with it

Well hope Vicky and Marge both had good nights
I fell asleep around 11pm only to have Buddy wake
me at 230am ,don't know what his problem is of late confused2
He fell asleep again and was out in Gil's chair when I got up at 5am

Going to be a muggy day with the chance of a pop up shower
can already FEEL the humidity Mad

I have to stay home as at 230pm
the State is calling me about the $255 you get from the Government
to BURY Gil  that would not even put his FEET in the ground
But hey confused2 every little helps right ?
they do it over the  telephone  it seems WHY I do not know

Did you see that employee of Horizon Airlines who stole a plane
from Washington Airport took it up doing all kinds of loop d loops
{had no flying experience } and then crashed it on a small island
they are saying he was mentally unstable but the worrying thing
was HOW did he find out enough on how to start a
and fly it ,they scrambled  two fighter jets and the airport was
trying to talk him down but he said he had not planned on landing
so for what ever reason he was suicidal and took his own life he was
a baggage handler at the airport and only 29yrs old

OK so away you all go ,Blaine is up in the  shower  its back to normal
duty for him and Spencer today
I'll be "BOCK" as Arnold is known to say  run  run  run  run  run
