| Hi Vicky looks like your enjoying the *sea*air I just said to Marge that the TV stations here are questioning M&H's "two hour chase " as the yellow cab driver that the NYPD officer flagged down after they went to the police station in their limo ,the driver told a TV reporter that after 10mins and they were just going to tell him where to take them ,the Paparazi caught up with them and he was instructed to return to the police station A load of *Cods Whallop* in my opinion How's your now Vicky ? Where did Bond go with the drinks ? _________________ Carole B [i]

| Have you ever written a book on here and lost it? That just happened to me ! I tend to share too much but it is an outlet for me. So not disappointed if its lost. I have views on H & M adventure into LA LA land. It seemed to please M as she was grinning like a Cheshire cat! H not so much. I am of the opinion that he suffers from PTSD which is not being treated. It would explain the difference between what he remembers, against everyone else's memories. I adore cats, I have had 9 since I was a baby. Each lived a fairly long life. Each with their own set of quirks.
There is still a lot of coastal fog here and down south of us are experiencing super high tides last night and today. their beach houses are just that , built at sea level, so they have to build sand berms to keep the ocean our of their homes. Temps at 61f locally but inland it's going to be high again. Feeling a lot better today. so I can maybe take care of a few things today. Third request to return the broken Router so its time to do that! TTFN XXXXX

| 04:47:22 Morning Bond Well where do we start ? Atherstone weather I guess today you should have a dry day with a 10% chance of a shower around 8pm . Friday will be OK but a chance of scattered showers from noon to 7pm THEN I do not see any presip ALL NEXT WEEK So lets see how I do Here this morning people I am sure are turning the HEAT back on {not me I will tough it out for one day} as the temps only 39f here but FEELS like 36f and in the TWENTY'S in some towns away from the shoreline Glad though I covered my tomato plant and brought inside the hanging basket I bought ,otherwise the flowers would have croaked for sure They keep showing M & H on the news ,the mayor of New York is saying people have to remember the way H lost his mother and he was not pleased with the way the paparazzi stormed around them as not only was it dangerous for H & M but also for the citizens of New York as it seems some were driving on the sidewalks to try and catch up with first their Limo {they drove to a police precinct first after being "CHASED" and it was an officer who flagged the Yellow cab asking if he wanted a fare but the paparazzi saw them and gave "chase" again he said they were about to give him the address when they showed up again so they went back to the police station and I guess got escorted You know what I think ,H is PARANOID over what happened to his mother and M is playing on that as it gets HER back in the lime light which after being a "SOAP STAR" she no longer gets Well Blaine is off tomorrow ,next weekend is Memorial weekend and most people get a three day weekend off as Monday 29th is Memorial day this year 33 years ago I married Robert my 2nd husband on the 28th which was the Friday before Memorial day such a long time ago and had we still been married I would have still been a widow as he passed 10 years ago in Maryland where he lived with his 7th /8th ? wife as I think I told you when we married I was TOLD I was his 3rd wife as his first died in a car crash and he was divorced from the mother of his two children ,but later on the day we divorced I found out I was really wife #5 ,his problem he could not court some one with out marrying them and so had a couple of short term marriages before me his mum always said ours was the longest he had stayed married but after we divorced I have no idea HOW MANY he had wed before the one he was with when he passed away at age 70 just before his 71st birthday in July 2013 He requested his ashes be scattered at sea because of his 20 yrs service in the Navy As I told Fran all the "men" I have loved have died before me Victor ,Lester,Merlin ,Robert Gil only one left alive ,that is Nelson who I had a fling with in the 80's a security officer at the hospital where Ruth and I worked on the weekends ,I used to call him my "knight in the white car" as he would always make sure I got to my car after our shift as we worked till 830pm and the area around the parking lot of the hospital was not the best ♪ Memories ♪ OK enough of me I shall be back later Hope everyone is OK today ,get painting Bond ...SLAP UP SLAP DOWN _________________ Carole B [i]

| Oh what made me cry was when she pushed the little boy over the cliff and he faces his Mum, who's trying to get to him, and he looks at his Mum and says "Mummy" as he falls off the cliff and then we have the church packed with people for a funeral and you're thinking "Oh he did die" and that's it and then the little boy comes in with his parents.....he's not dead......when he fell he grabbed the tree branch until they could pull him up, Ok speak tomorrow. Oh btw Mummy cat was Frankie, kitten that looked like her is Bennie which they've still got and this kitten here was Jeanette, who ran away or something happened to her, went out one day and never came back, photos of her on posts, in shop windows and on facebook but never found her or if any cat had been run over etc. asking everyone around to look in their garden shed Lily said though she looked like a little demon she was a lovely sweet natured cat.

| Afternoon....... Carole if the workmen hadn't been here I wouldn't have been on my tiptoes trying to get the cakes moved to the shelf below so all the goodies was together, for them to have. Susan's bedroom has new ceiling paper plus wall paper, so that's different but our bedroom just had new ceiling paper and the kitchen also, but we did have a new floor. in there. So not that much different, now next door has to have a complete new kitchen, units, floor the lot so we got away lucky it was just ceiling and floor with us. all because o a stupid hedge.......anyway, like us the insurance pays for it. We've told the Company who did our work how pleased we were with all the work we've had done, super workmen Anyway we're back to normal and we feel for next door because they've just started. Hope everyone's tum settles down. A bit overcast here but warm. Oh you know Margaret that's just what I said to David when we heard about "The car chase" .....it's odd just when Harry is moaning he wants Royal Protection and they're being told "The armed police are not for hirer" so hello suddenly they're being chased. You can't have your cake and eat it Harry, and he should know it's got nothing to do with King Charles......a branch of the Home Office says who has protection and who doesn't. Princess Anne doesn't have protection, though it's been offered, neither do Beatrice or Eugenie, and Andrew's had his taken away.....Princess Anne's son and daughter do not have protection either, That car chase was as phoney as the ones Harry talked about on Netflix, Ok back later Ok later maybe. | |

| It's a bit murky outside this morning. Sun Is hiding somewhere up there but no sign of it yet.
Had you heard about the latest H &M escapade? I do not believe that it is anything but more fuel to get police protection at the Kings expense. They just do not "get" that they should be providing, their own. They must have a Mr. Potato Head for a press person! It's just making a laughingstock of them. Miss Markle demanded they title her as Duchess when she got the award last evening. She could not wait for her kids to be prince and princess as grandchildren of the reigning Monarch. I think they are both on something that is distorting their brains. They cannot remember what they said only a few months ago! Enough of that rubbish. !World Icon indeed. I think not!
I have my next teeth cleaning coming up. I get terrible plaque on my bottom front teeth. No matter how much I scrub. This will be the last of the build up from the two years I did not have my teeth cleaned professionally. Did not put the big wheelie bins out this week as they barely have enough in them. Next week will be soon enough.
Gardeners are due and I have to point out where a sprinkler head has been broken off by a small child driving one of those battery operated kiddy cars. The granpa did tell me about it. it's on the corner of the side of the drive way I use all the time. Its not a gusher thank goodness, its just bubbling. But it has lowered the pressure in the whole system! They may need to reset the Rain Bird timer as well. With the power going out and being turned off for such a long time with all the rain we have had, you have to check on anything with an automatic timer like the light on the front porch which is out of whack again! I better get moving here so i am at least dressed when they come! TTFN XXXXX

| Yosemite has a number of vernal waterfalls which are running so full this time from the snow melt that some hiking trails are unsafe. The main waterfall is Yosemite falls which can be seen and heard all over the Valley, the pretty one is Bridalveil Falls so named as when the wind catches it it creates a bridal veil effect. The park rangers have other things to do that do not involve rescuing, stupid hikers. The warm weather is making the snow melt faster so more overflowing streams and rivers flooding the lakes inside the National Park. Some areas are reachable only by helicopter. Every year there are tourists who get too close to the tops of the waterfalls because they ignore the warning signs and are washed away! There could be more fallen trees and rocks to deal with too. The bears will be coming out of hibernation as well!
I did not get a lot done yesterday as my tummy was acting up again. I am going to attempt to do a couple of things today. I can at least cross something from my list.
Its bins out tonight, the street sweeper came down our side yesterday and has been down the other side already this morning. Sun is trying to come out here but it is scheduled to be mostly cloudy near the coast. It's a little warmer at 63f but inland its going to be nice and toasty in the 90s. It is a lot more humid than I would like so any physical activity generates lots of sweat! I end up wearing a head band to keep it out of my eyes so look like a peasant!
I did find out exactly where the Spectrum office / shop is located through the up to date Google earth map. Thats why their name is still on the big sign at the entrance to the shopping center it's in. Depending on what happens there , I might be able to handle a call to the head office of the Geek Squad to get that service contract sorted out. Cat is asleep behind me again instead of meowing at me and patting my arm to be stroked. I think she did not like what wet cat food I put down so better change it! with a full tummy she can go to sleep in her usual spot. One of the chairs at the small breakfast table for two in the corner of the room with the view. It becomes a sun spot later. Better get a move on here so TTFN XXXXX

I seem to remember you only doing it last year Glad my weather predictions are on point √ and yes you will see more of the today but tomorrow around 10 am it will be mostly cloudy same for Thursday until a 50% chance of rain showers Friday ,nice weekend partly cloudy and in the middle 60's showers Monday then around 66f for the next few days of that week We are already at 57f at 445am my neighbor Danny yesterday from the Dr's office asking if I paid him could he run his mower over my back grass ,he said maybe Tuesday as his back was playing up{he is on disability and does not work} so I said OK any way spoke to the Dr's and he said to leave my appointment yesterday and see them Friday as for what every reason my right knee was NOT doing what it was on Sunday not letting me walk with out a jarring pain So I popped over to the Stratford Home Depot and picked up my Beefeater tomato plant going to try the larger variety this year instead of the cherry ones and got a hanging basket and some Marigolds for my three tier tub as that is all I am doing this year ,oh and a bag of Miraclegro soil all with the gift card Tracie sent me Came back and ran my through a local car wash as it was FILTHY with all the pollen etc ,and lo and behold Danny had ran the mower over the grass and so every thing looks SPIC N SPAN Plus Danny refused the $10 I sent round said as he was still using the can of gas I had given him for his snow blower {and then we got no snow to talk of this year} there was no charge But as I told Marge yesterday after I was KNACKERED as I planted what I had bought & I started to put my deck furniture out and only managed to get two chairs /tables and one umbrella set up ,this ANNOYED me as in past years I have broken it down and put it away & out BY MYSELF in about 45mins just could not this year So Spencer finished for me after he got home ,but I have come to realize I can NO LONGER DO what I USED TO DO so easily And yes Vicky it IS sad when you get old been saying THAT for a while Glad you will have your house back with in a few days or so do we get to SEE the finished product Your lucky the worker was there that day to pick you up when David was out otherwise you would have lain there till he got back home and it could have been a LOT worse ,so I hope now you reorganized your cupboards so every thing YOU need to reach are at YOUR HEIGHT Marge hope you figured out what set you off ,terrible feeling having to during the night disturbing not only but your sleep I see they closed "Yosemite" again due to all of that snow melting causing the rivers to over flow ,and yet ANOTHER mass this time in New Mexico 5 dead and they have no idea WHY Anyway I only have one place to go today .back to the Polish Deli a 10min ride away for my seafood salad I wanted ,the young man told me it would be there when I returned from the Dr's but when I called back in the snotty lady said NO tomorrow {some times Polish people can be so } OK I hear Harry trying to open Spencer's door ,and Spencer YELLING at him as he gets up on a cat stand near his door and tries to OPEN the DOOR himself because he wants to come up here and look out the open windows THAT is ALL he does all day leans on the window sills and watches what is happening out side Back later MORNING EVERY ONE _________________ Carole B [i]

| Our Son-In-Law sufferers with Migraine, it used to be terrible, he still can't have a flash photo taken, that sets it off,,,,,,as does Chocolate and Cheese, which he loves both, anyway a couple of years ago he started this medication and, though it still flares up from time to time, it's not as bad as it was.
The dark kitten is a dark tabby, blue eyes and a nutcase......the other one who looks just like his Mum has a calm manner like his Mum, Luna died a couple of years ago, but the kitten are old tabby cats now.

| Melanie did not call me yesterday, because she had one of her Migraine headaches and even after taking her medication and taking a nap it still would not stop. It's weird how both she and Ian had had slight signs of migraines but never diagnosed until middle age!
Mine started just as I was going through puberty. They lasted until I had my first baby and then stopped until menopause started. Mine I know was hormonal. Can't be that for Ian! they do not get the aura in the eye the way I do, but it only lasts about 20 minutes now. Thank goodness its only happened once while I was driving. I put my sunglasses on and was able to drive home. (I was not far from home)
Melanie is going to call me later today. I had a rough night last night. I cannot think what I might have eaten or if it was a 24 hour bug. I am still wearing my mask everywhere I go.
I can return Spectrums router tomorrow if need be. It is on my bill as a rental like the cable boxes so going to see if they insist on making me have one of theirs instead. They did not get any good reviews online! I know how to handle that type! I may look mild mannered but you don't mess with me! I still need to talk to a supervisor at The Geek Squad HQ To get the policy squared away finally.
My new License picture is the worst one yet! I look like I just ran a marathon with sweaty hair, pushed back from my face.
It was quite cold here last night. but still no rain but cloudy all the same. Some sea mist still hanging around.
Yes, I have Miss Tabbitha laying behind me again this morning. I think she got disgusted with me keep disturbing her last night. So finally went and slept elsewhere. She has a number of places she catnaps in. She likes to lay across my arm or head down next to me. Did you know that it is quite common for tabbies to have not only tabby kittens but the odd all black ones in there too? That is how I got my two, both from the same litter. I swear some days, in certain lights, Tabbitha looks all black too. Well. Its time for more tea and eat a granola bar so i can take my pills. TTFN XXXXX

| Afternoon gang, and the is out........had a couple of really lovely days and me stuck indoors. Well we got the lounge back to a bomb site, floor was laid in the kitchen and we love it, you would think it was wood, looks like wood and feels like wood everything was put back into the kitchen microwave, tins of soup, and things like that, things that can be kept out of the because even after they'd laid it we couldn't walk on the floor for a day, but now the decorator is doing the ceiling, so everything is covered up again and of course the floor is being protected. he's on his own at the moment but he says the paper came of easily, now he's taking the ceiling down.......Sam comes back tomorrow, he was the decorator who picked me slowly off the floor and then he phoned David to tell him I'd had a nasty fall and he was concerned about the lump on my head, I was concerned about my back.......anyway, back is getting better.......we should have our house back by Thursday. Sorry about your knee Carole........no fun getting old. Right.....come on when I when I can. | |

| 04:49:10 Morning Bond Yes your looking dry today partly cloudy at times with a high around 56f more of the same tomorrow with a high around 59f Do not see any rain until Tuesday the 23rd so better get your garden hose out 10 pound Pommies @ obviously he endured as he did not return to the One of the jobs Gil went after besides the one here in Cheshire CT was in OZ but it was to a company not that program but the one came through first otherwise we might have also been in Australia Our weather will again be DELIGHTFUL today high in the 70's and Funnily enough after I put the "brace" on my right knee when I got home and put my feet up, today that ''jarring " pain I was getting yesterday is not or has not as yet happened ,so I am debating what to do as that is what the Chiropractor is working on for the next four weeks so I might just call and talk to the Dr as what they will be doing is putting me on a gentle stretching machine then he pulls it after I go on to the beds where he does the adjustments Had a phone message left last night on the house phone ,after I went to sleep it was David wishing me a happy mothers day ,he always calls even if its late as he is like Marge three hours behind us here on the east coast So heard from all my G/kids bar Chelsea Wonder what Vicky is up to been a while since she left a few words and how is the work coming along on the homestead Marge hope you had a good night ,glad you located where Spectrum is now and can drop off the router when its less busy Saw you telling Bond about the Cat grass ,the only one who used to like it was our Tabitha ,but boy did she make a MESS with it she would pull it out all over the place ,Buddy never was interested The same thing now I am finding with Harry and him Blaine brought me a lovely bunch of tulips left them on my PC desk so I put them on the table in the living room Buddy never bothered with them but Harry when HE came upstairs went STRAIGHT to the table got up on his hind legs and started to go at them He is the same with the only three plants I have here on a side table near my bay window, will once in a while when it gets into his head try and get into them hence the Xmas Cactus and my trailing plant have to be some where up high Now our old Tabitha was the same it was like a MAGNET and yet Buddy ignores my plants both cats were at some time outside as Spencer said the man who rescued Harry at 2 or 3 mths found him outside where he had been born , from a feral cat ,he is a year old now little bugger and is CRAZY I had to laugh at your description yesterday of how Tabitha likes to get behind you on your PC chair leaving only 1/2 a "cheek" to sit on ,Buddy is like that on the couch takes up a large portion and in bed likes to STICK as CLOSE to me so I am laying on about 6inches of a Queen size BED and every time I move him over he cuddles right back up to the back of my legs But I would not change him OK soon be time for Blaine to get up ...I will pop in later _________________ Carole B [i]

| Oh, Carole, you in the wars again?
Happy Mothers Day from the U S! My kids usually post a photo of me with them on FB. The one with Ian this year was taken just after I lost Peter. I have lost about a stone since then. Sometimes its me climbing out of an open cockpit Tigermoth after a flight with the Mad Aussie!
Bond, Cats and Dogs eat grass! My cats were rescues so were used to eating grass until they were rescued. It's a special type of grass not the usual lawn type. You might say it is organically grown grass, without pesticides (?) They eat it for different reasons. It helps with digestion and for throwing up if they ate something that disagreed with them. It's just a form of fiber. It comes in small containers about 3'X3" X 3", as it grows I can clip it to refresh it just like a regular piece of grass. One container usually lasts for about 2 weeks. Not all cats and dogs are grass eaters. I try different things and as soon as I put it down, both of them were on it!
Miss Tabbitha is once again laying behind me on my computer chair so I have just a wedge of bottom on the edge! She jumps up behind me and then Pats me on my arm for me to stroke her! Once she feels that she has had enough, she curls up in a ball. Like me, she has her up and down days. iI mailed the gardeners check and cruised by where the Spectrum cable shop has moved to. It was a Saturday and the mob was out in force so no place to park. I will try again on Monday.
I hit the Pet store and the grocery store and felt I was done for the day. (By the way all our parking is free here!) there are exceptions. Like a parking structure as its limited space. Have you seen the Mr Bean video of him driving round and round in a parking structure? Its exactly what we do here. Usually ending up on the top level out in the open. So scalding hot car on your return! I am catching up on the laundry today now I have more laundry detergent! The cat litter box is due for a clean out too. Left one extra day and I am all behind again! Put the dishwasher on overnight as its very quiet. Made a large mixed salad yesterday for lunch and had a glass of wine now I was done for the day. Used up a lot of left overs. Lettuce, Hot house tomato, End of the Cucumber, Pickled beets. and Grated cheese and shredded slice of ham, and a hard boiled egg, With a wine vinaigrette dressing. Not a speck left on the plate! Had a store made fresh fruit salad to follow later. Enough left for today. Now its breakfast and pill taking time. TTFN XXXXXX
